Air Scouts

Adventure starts here at the 44th Croydon

We're an Air Scout Group based in Thornton Heath, offering young people aged 4–14 the chance to gain new skills, make friends, and take on exciting challenges.

From camping under the stars to learning about aviation, every week is a new adventure.

Welcome to the
44th Croydon Air Scouts

We’re a friendly, active Scout Group meeting at The Salvation Army hall in Thornton Heath. As an Air Scout Group, we place a special emphasis on aviation activities alongside the full Scouting programme.

Our Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts enjoy everything from camping and hiking to model aircraft building and learning about flight. We’re part of the Croydon Scouting District, giving our members access to district events, campsites, and activities across the borough.
